Netscape 8 gives interent explorer and firefox as rendering engines. So if i open page using interent explorer as rendering engine then does netscape becomes vulnerable to problems of hacking and other security issues just like internet explorer.

When using internet explorer engine inside netscape 8 you will be as vulnerable as if you are using internet explorer itself.

Yes it will be vulnerable, stop using IE or netscape, use Firefox, its much better.
