Epson printer problems, ie vertical banding on photos HELP?

Having cleaned the print head and checked head alignment as per instrucions still cannot get a decent photo print.,this does not occur on ordinary paper

I continually got this problem with an Epson printer. I have switched to a Brother one now.

espon isnt the best for great pictures but try reseting the settings in your printers properties which can be found when you have your printer plugged into your computer click start then control pannel then right click on the printer and restore defualts. hope this helps, brodster.
