Can Echinacea help women's problems, ie hot flushes?

No it's more for cold and flu. You could try donq quai(chinese angelica) it is oestrogen balancing (not to be used in pregnancy), same with black cohosh and sage, they are all said to have properties for menopause, (that is if menopause is your issue!)

I've never heard of echinacea used for that purpose, no. But there are a variety of herbs and vitamins that can be used--look at the drugstore for special menopause blends or packs of different remedies.

Dr. Phil did a show about this a while ago with his wife, and I'm sure the information they had is still on their website. It really was great.
