Problems with IE 7.0?

I updated my desktop to 7.0 and did not like it. I went to restore and rolled back to 6.0 sp2. now I have problems with pages loading. Any suggestions?

Your problem is you did a system restore instead of un-installing IE7 .... obviously it left traces of itself .... it's a real pain in the A.

You could try locating a copy of IE6 on a PC Magazine cover disc ...or reinstalling IE7 but do an uninstall this time

IE7 is NOT for everyone .... I don't like it either

IE 7.0, in my experience is unsatisfactory as an Internet browser. I found IE 6 a lot more stable and usable. Neither of these inferior Internet browsers compare at all to Mozilla Firefox, especially in light of Firefox 2.0. I suggest you wash your hands of IE 7.0 and its issues. I personally had IE 7.0 and it gave me many an error and if too many windows where open it would just crash and close and all unsaved data would be lost. Firefox doesn't give me any of these issues and is very customizable and extendable. It also had the tabbed browsing, which I must say is the main feature that attracted me to Firefox, before Microsoft even thought about incorporating it into its own browser.
